Tasks:
The Laboratory for Informatics and Systems (LIS) from Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is recruiting a person with a degree in Informatics Engineering to join the Networks and Systems team.
Tasks:
- Contact with the user for troubleshooting;
- Analysis of problems reported via e-mail or telephone contact, use of tickets;
- Preparation and follow-up of events (IT part);
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
- Salary according to the experience demonstrated;
- Training and follow-up in the area of telecommunications and IT;
- Continuity project with prospects for professional development;
- Integration in a dynamic team;
- Part-time or Full-time (to be adjusted);
- In person - Coimbra.
- Qualifications in the area of IT/networking, Higher Technical Professional Course (CTeSP) or Degree/Master's Degree, complete or in terminal phase, preferably with emphasis on Networks and Computer Systems;
- Knowledge in user's perspective and troubleshooting of Operating Systems and applications in Windows and macOS;
- Knowledge of wired and WiFi networks in terms of implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as in terms of service configuration;
- Knowledge of installation, repair and troubleshooting of computer hardware;
- Basic knowledge of printers, Windows print server, hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Linux systems (ex: Ubuntu);
- Knowledge of sound systems: mixing desks; microphones; audio connections;
- Knowledge of configuration and administration of Siemens PBX and VoIP.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team;

- Good organisational skills and work methodology;
