EU-Learning
Exchange of Good Practices and Network Creation in Adult Education and eLearning in the Field of EU Funding

Challenge

Through the EU-Learning knowledge exchange, on the one hand, training organizations expand their competences in terms of preparation, development, and implementation of innovative training at the local, national, and European level. On the other hand, the final beneficiaries, the learners, receive more innovative training at all levels. This further increases their competencies and thus their opportunities on the education market.

Solution

This project was launched with the aim of preparing the education sector of European Funding and Management of funded Projects for the new Funding Framework 2021-2027.

EU-Learning has two main objectives:
1. The Manual
A handbook is being developed with information about all the funding instruments of the new funding phase. This handbook will be available to all interested parties and will be a basic teaching material for the education sector as well as a general support for institutions that want to apply for the EU Handbook.

2. The Network

A European network will be established to discuss best practices and innovations in partner organization training and to develop long-term European standards for EU fundraising and project management training. Within this network, preparations for the new funding phase will be made through a constant exchange of information and materials.

Objectives, Activities and Results expected / achieved

Within this project two main products were created:
A handbook with information about all the funding instruments of the new EU Support Framework, which is under development. This handbook is available to all interested actors and will be used as support material for the education sector, as well as serving as general support for organizations wishing to apply for European Funds.

Secondly, a network has been established at European level to discuss best practices and innovations in training partner organizations, as well as to develop long-term quality standards for education focused on European Funding and Management of funded projects. In this network actions will be taken in order to prepare for the new funding period through a constant sharing of information and materials.

Through the exchange of knowledge in the EU-Learning project, on the one hand the training providers had the opportunity to expand their competences in the preparation, development and implementation of innovative training actions at local, national and European level. On the other hand, the final beneficiaries, the trainees, were able to access more innovative training at all levels. This has increased their skills and therefore their opportunities in the vocational training market.
