Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is looking for a professional to join its Funded Projects Management team contributing to the management and optimization of strategic projects focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and internationalization.
Operational functions:
- Manage, supervise, and optimize funded projects, ensuring budget control, eligibility of expenses, and compliance with audit processes;
- Support the preparation of applications for national and international funding and incentive systems;
- Participate in national and international projects aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and internationalization.
Profile:
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

Technical Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word;

- Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budget control, and audit compliance processes;
- Strong written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset;
Transversal competencies:
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Critical thinking, innovation, and strong problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work effectively in teams and contribute to the development of complex projects;
- High sense of responsibility and autonomy;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
