IPN - Instituto Pedro Nunes - IPN opens applications for Summer@IPN 2026: connecting university talent with innovative companies

Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) announces that applications are now open for the 2026 edition of Summer@IPN, the non-curricular summer internship programme that acts as a bridge between academic talent and Coimbra’s business ecosystem.

With a track record of 8 editions, Summer@IPN has already attracted more than 900 student applications, leading to the placement of more than 180 interns across 100 host entities, solidifying its position as a vital bridge between academic talent and the labor market.

The programme is divided into key phases to ensure the best match between candidates and host organisations:

• 20 April to 15 May 2026: Applications open for Host Organisations (Ecosystem Companies and Internal Units), here.
• 20 April to 31 May 2026: Applications open for Higher Education Students in the final stages of their studies seeking an enriching professional experience, here.
• 1 June to 12 June 2026: pre-selection and notification of results for the event.
• 18 June 2026: Matchmaking Day.
• 1 July to 30 September 2026: Internships take place at host organisations.
