IPN Participates in the EIT Health PATH Bootcamp Project Consortium Meeting in Madrid

On December 10, 2025, Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) participated in the consortium meeting of the EIT Health PATH Bootcamp project, held in person at Medtronic’s offices in Madrid.
During the meeting, consortium partners conducted a detailed evaluation of the 2025 Bootcamp and defined action plans for the next edition, to take place in 2026, with the active participation of IPN and the other partners: Complear, Syreon, Medical Valley, and Medtronic.
The PATH Bootcamp – EIT Health Regulatory Pathways to Market Access aims to develop innovation and technology skills among healthcare professionals, while promoting international collaboration and the exchange of best practices. This highly specialized 12-week training program is designed to support early-stage HealthTech startups in understanding the European regulatory framework for medical devices and in vitro diagnostic devices. It is structured around three main modules: Regulatory Compliance, Early Health Technology Assessment (eHTA), and Market Access & Reimbursement Strategies.
The meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen cooperation among the entities, align shared objectives, and ensure the success of future editions of the project.
