Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is looking for a professional in Incubation Management to join the Smart Rural HIESE team in Penela, an ecosystem dedicated to the development of ideas and companies with territorial impact, promoting innovation, sustainability, and the dynamism of rural areas.
Operational functions:
- Operational management of the incubation spaces and processes;
- Support and assist incubated companies and entrepreneurs;
- Plan and execute networking and engagement activities;
- Identify funding opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships;
- Contribute to the development of business plans and service proposals;
- Prepare and oversee nationally and internationally co-financed projects.
Profile:
- Minimum qualification: Higher education degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
- Professional experience: Preference will be given to recent graduates or candidates with early-stage professional experience.
Preferential factors:
- Interest in innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, particularly in the integration of digital technologies into business models;
- Interest in territorial development and in fostering the dynamism of rural areas.
Transversal competencies:
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Teamwork, public communication, autonomy, responsibility, critical thinking, and adaptability.
- Motivation for continuous learning.
