Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative under the INICIAR Internship program (IEFP). We are seeking a communicative, organized, and eager-to-learn individual to join a dynamic team that supports entrepreneurs and startups in their growth phase on a daily basis.
Operational functions:

Operational functions:
- Welcome and direct visitors and/or staff;
- Answer and forward telephone calls;
- Receive and distribute daily mail;
- Provide administrative support to the operational management of the Incubator.
- Eligibility for the INICIAR Internship (IEFP);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Basic English skills;
- Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility;
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Integration into an innovative and entrepreneurship-supportive environment;
- Continuous training and guidance;
- Opportunity for personal and professional development;
- Duration: 6 months.
