Instituto Pedro Nunes, in collaboration with partners from the HealthChain consortia - TICBIOMED, and EVIDENZE, highlights digital innovation in healthcare through a public session presenting solutions developed by European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
HealthChain supports European SMEs in developing digital solutions to address hospital challenges, validated in clinical settings, and promoting collaborative health innovation across multiple European countries.
On October 29, during the Innovating Health Together 2025 event, the public session titled “Transforming Healthcare Together: Interregional Digital Solutions Co-Created with Hospitals Across Europe” will take place, moderated by Elena López. In this session, the audience will have the opportunity to watch 4 minute pitches from each company, learn about digital health solutions, and explore collaboration opportunities.
The event aims to showcase the evolution of SMEs from clinical collaboration to market readiness, promoting knowledge exchange across the sector.

- VirtualCare, from Portugal, developing MediRecon, a digital tool for automated medication reconciliation;
- Biromatik, from Slovenia, presenting MobileCare+, a solution for remote monitoring of rehabilitation progress;
- DITA, from Slovenia, offering COMPASS, a solution for collecting digital biomarkers and assessing mental health risks;
- BLUE Connecting Emotions, from Spain, presenting iMOTION, a remote tool for monitoring emotional state via voice;
- Rayscape, from Romania, launching an AI platform for detecting lung nodules and masses in CT scans.
