Instituto Pedro Nunes is recruiting an European Project Management Technician to join our Training Department team.
IPN develops activities within international programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe and other funded projects, promoting innovation and excellence in project applications and management.
The new team member will contribute to the execution and monitoring of European projects.
Main tasks and functions:
- Coordinate, monitor and implement applications for European programmes (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe and others);
- Manage the technical and financial execution of approved projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives;
- Ensure effective communication with national and international partners and funding entities;
- Organise events, consortium meetings and dissemination activities;
- Represent IPN in meetings and external activities;
- Identify and propose continuous improvements in project management processes.

Requirements:
- Proven minimum of 2 years experience in the management of European projects (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe or similar);
- Experience in organising events and dissemination activities;
- High-level proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese and English;
- Knowledge of digital project management tools will be valued;
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and teamwork skills;
- Availability to travel for international meetings and events;
