On May 29th, Instituto Pedro Nunes hosted the Information Session on 2025 European Funding Opportunities for the Health Sector, organized by AICIB - Agência de Investigação Clínica e Inovação Biomédica (Clinical Research and Biomedical Innovation Agency) and the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Health.

The event brought together researchers, companies and entities from the health sector for an afternoon of clarification on the main European funding opportunities available in the current context. Highlights included the Horizon Europe programs (Health Cluster and Cancer Mission), the EU4Health Program and the Digital Europe Program, as well as other initiatives that support innovation in health, from clinical research to the development of medical devices and citizen-centric digital solutions.

The session allowed for the exchange of experiences and clarification of doubts regarding eligibility, preparation of applications and the formation of international consortia.
