Ambassador of the Slovak Republic visits IPN and gets to know the innovation ecosystem

Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) received a visit from the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic in Portugal, Tibor Kralik, on February 29th of 2024. The visit aimed to introduce IPN and its role in boosting the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Coimbra.
The ambassador was received by IPN’s Board President, João Gabriel Silva, by the Incubator and Acceleration Director, Paulo Santos, and by the Business Developer, José Rodrigues.

João Gabriel Silva introduced the various research laboratories which develop innovative technologies in areas such as automation, phytopathology and informatics.
Paulo Santos presented IPN’s Incubator and Accelerator and its impact in supporting startups and transforming innovative ideas and projects into businesses and products.
The visit was an opportunity of sharing knowledge between Portugal and the Slovak Republic.
