Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) welcomed students from the Master of Science in Engineering Management (MSEM) program at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, U.S.A. This collaboration is part of the partnership between IPN and the Fundação Luso-Americana para o Desenvolvimento (FLAD) for the Study in Portugal Network (SiPN) program.

Under the framework of the SiPN program, the students engaged in a course titled "Practice of Consulting" at IPN. This initiative brings together academia and real-world business challenges, fostering a dynamic learning environment for the students.

As part of the course, these students worked actively with two start-ups, TeroMovigo and Spotlite, both incubated at IPN. The students tackled specific challenges described in the startups' business cases, analysing the market viability of their products. This collaboration not only enhances the students' practical skills but also contributes to the growth and development of the startups involved.

The initiative reflects the commitment of IPN to foster international collaboration and create opportunities for knowledge exchange. By hosting students from Johns Hopkins University, IPN continues to strengthen its position as a hub for innovation and knowledge transfer.
