Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) is expanding its Innovation team and is looking for an Innovation Manager (Tech Scout).

Offer:
- Creation of an innovation management system, internal and external, that allows research, processing (filtering, classification, analysis), distribution, exploration and protection of information obtained;
- Foster interaction between the business community and ecosystem, R&DT laboratories and other IPN stakeholders, allowing the development of joint strategies;
- Promotion and collaboration in IPN-VCI projects, activities, events and services, namely in Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship support.

Requirements:
- Pre-Bologna Bachelor's degree, or Bologna Master's degree in a scientific area of engineering;
- At least 3 to 5 years of previous experience in technology, technology transfer, business development, project management and/or open innovation.

Preferred factors:
- Knowledge of technology transfer, business development, support for startups, project design and management.

Soft skills:
- Availability to travel;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Working as part of a team and autonomously;
- Public communication;
- Responsibility;
- Adaptability;
- Critical thinking.
