Santos Technology Park's visit to IPN strengthens ties between technology ecosystems

On 29 September, Instituto Nunes (IPN) received a visit from the President of the Santos Technology Park, Eduardo Bittencourt. The visit began with a presentation on IPN's activities by Rui Miranda, Coordinator of the IPN Accelerator.
This was followed by a presentation by Eduardo Bittencourt, who shared the projects and innovations that have driven technological development in the Santos region.

The delegation also had the opportunity to meet with Alcides Marques, from the Laboratory for Informatics and Systems, and Marina Salomão, from the Laboratory for Automation and Systems.

One of the central points of the discussion was the possibility of creating mutually beneficial synergies. In addition, the feasibility of an exchange of entrepreneurs was discussed, which would allow for greater collaboration between the two ecosystems.

This visit is part of the activities of the core funding project of Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) Technology and Innovation Centre (CTI), under the terms of Call for Proposals (AAC) No. 03/C05-i02 /2022, within the scope of the Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Programme (PRR).
