Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) welcomed, on May 21, 2026, a group of six participants from the United States of America, accompanied by a representative of the Heritage Portugal Program, an initiative that promotes the connection between people with Portuguese roots and the country’s contemporary reality.
During their visit to IPN, the participants,had the opportunity to learn more about the work developed by IPN’s Business Incubator in supporting entrepreneurship and technological innovation.
Carlos Nunes, Project Manager at IPN’s Business Incubator, presented IPN and introduced the support provided to startups and innovation-driven projects, as well as IPN’s role in promoting innovation, technology transfer, and the connection between scientific knowledge and the market.
The visit also provided participants with an insight into the current innovation landscape in Portugal and the role of institutions such as IPN in the development of entrepreneurship and technology in the country.
