Formação-Ação PME+

The Formação-Ação PME+ project is funded by COMPETE2030 – Thematic Programme for Innovation and Digital Transition, with the Conselho Empresarial do Centro / Câmara de Comércio e Indústria do Centro (CEC) acting as the intermediary body. This initiative aims to support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Centro region in strengthening their competitiveness, through an integrated model that combines specialist consultancy and training tailored to the specific needs of each organisation.

Through classroom-based training and on-the-job training, the project aims to:

To enhance companies’ management capabilities and the specific skills of their workforce in areas relevant to their strategies for innovation, internationalisation, digitalisation, modernisation, energy efficiency and decarbonisation;
To enhance business management capabilities and e-skills in order to support companies’ innovation strategies and new business models;
To promote upskilling and reskilling strategies, with a view to adapting and specialising companies’ workforce and strengthening their ability to retain skills and talent;
To promote initiatives to stimulate and raise awareness of change and the exchange of best practice.

Area of Intervention | Competitiveness

Within the ‘Competitiveness’ priority area, the aim is to strengthen the capacity of SMEs to respond to the challenges of the current and future market through the development of human, technical and digital skills.
Specific objectives:
• To strengthen SMEs’ management and innovation capabilities;
• To upskill staff in critical operational areas;
• To stimulate the creation of added value and the differentiation of products and services;
• To facilitate adaptation to the digital market and international competition.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested companies must meet the eligibility criteria set out by the programme and submit the necessary supporting documentation during the application process. Finaciamento

De acordo com o Regulamento (UE) 2023/2831, da Comissão, de 13 de dezembro, relativo aos auxílios de minimis, a taxa de financiamento a aplicar ao custo elegível financiado (CEF) é de 90%. O valor da contribuição privada (não financiado pelo FSE+) será suportado pela Empresa participante (10%).
