Business Modelling Skills for Drone Entrepreneurs Erasmus + Priorities

Challenge

SMEs and young entrepreneurs entering the drone services sector face growing demands for digital, green and business‑development skills. However, existing training opportunities are fragmented, not tailored to the drone ecosystem, and do not sufficiently support youth entrepreneurship or adult upskilling/reskilling. This gap limits competitiveness and slows adaptation to evolving labour‑market needs. There is a clear need for accessible, sector‑specific training, practical tools, and guidance that strengthen Vocational and Educational Training (VET) relevance and support both youth initiative and continuous adult learning.

Solution / Main Objective

The project aims to strengthen SME competitiveness and youth entrepreneurship in the drone sector by developing a tailored business‑development curriculum, creating innovative learning resources and establishing clear upskilling and reskilling pathways. A dedicated online platform will integrate all tools, enabling continuous learning and aligning SME capacities with EU digital and green priorities.
