In its initial phase, the platform offers two free courses delivered in English: Human Factors in Aviation and Soft Skills as a Starting Point for High Professional Performance. Both courses are delivered entirely online, have a workload of 20 hours, and allow participants to learn at their own pace. Registration is open until 15 August 2026.

The Human Factors in Aviation, now available on the platform, focuses on the impact of human factors on aircraft maintenance and aviation safety, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of how human performance influences maintenance operations. The course covers topics such as human limitations, communication, teamwork, fatigue, stress, human error management, and safety culture, promoting practices that contribute to safer and more efficient aviation operations.

The Soft Skills as a Starting Point for High Professional Performance course is dedicated to developing key transversal skills for today's professional environment. Through a practical approach, participants strengthen competences such as critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, cognitive flexibility, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving, encouraging their application across a wide range of workplace contexts.

By November 2026, the Blended Learning Platform will offer an additional eight free courses, further expanding AEROFUSE's training portfolio and creating new opportunities for skills development in the aviation sector and other professional fields.
