Within the scope of the Erasmus+ VET accreditation for staff mobility, Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) participated in an international job shadowing mobility, held in Brussels between 29 June and 3 July, hosted by Eupportunity. The initiative involved Fátima Matias, Coordinator of the Training Department at IPN, and Rui Henriques, Project Manager at IPN.
Throughout the mobility, the programme included meetings with representatives of several European institutions and organisations, participation in networking events, and the exchange of experiences in the fields of skills development, innovation, research, training, and European funding opportunities.
The experience provided valuable insight into current European priorities, enabled the identification of opportunities for the development of new initiatives and projects, explored potential areas for collaboration, and facilitated the establishment of contacts with international organisations, reinforcing the European dimension of IPN’s activities.
In addition to the institutional meetings, the mobility included daily reflection and experience-sharing sessions, ensuring the consolidation of the knowledge acquired and supporting its application in IPN’s future activities.
This experience will contribute to strengthening IPN’s internationalisation strategy and to the development of new cooperation opportunities within the framework of European programmes.
