On the 30st of June, an information session about financing opportunities under the EIC programme - European Innovation Council (the third pilar of the Horizon Europe programme) - took place at IPN's Accelerator Auditorium.
The event had two main moments - the first one related to the EIC Pathfinder Programme, dedicated to investigators and the academic and scientific community in geral and the second one focused on the EIC Accelerator Programme, directed at startups and small and medium-sized companies.
The EIC Pathfinder Programme aims to support fundamental investigation projects that are looking to explore radically new ideas, whilst the EIC Accelerator Programme's objective is to help small and medium-sized companies and startups bring new disruptive ideias to the market.
This session had a presentation by Cristina Gouveia from ANI about financing opportunities.
The event was organised by ANI - Nacional Innovation Agency -, in colaboration with Instituto Pedro Nunes and University of Coimbra, and promoted by CCDRC (Comission for the Coordenation and Development of the Central Region).
