Challenge

Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is designed to reach the unique needs of women entrepreneurs in Health Technology. It will bring together elements of entrepreneurship training to help startups identify, strengthen, and leverage diversity to build balanced, high-growth companies.

Solution

WEB will take a needs-driven approach, drawing on interviews with founders, to deliver a program that addresses the real needs of female founders and male founders committed to diversity in leadership. The program will be delivered by a selection of experienced partners to bring collective best practices during the bootcamp.

Objectives, Activities and Results expected / achieved

Women Entrepreneurship Bootcamp will lean into the advantages of diversity by surrounding the founders with experienced female entrepreneurs and investors to install the nuanced advantages diversity brings, creating a cohort of empowered female founders. Our objective is to maintain strong relationship with our program alumni with the expectation that they will contribute to the long term viability of the bootcamp after they are successful.
