IPN - Instituto Pedro Nunes - IPN promoted the Meet Up Women in Space

Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN) and ESA Space Solutions Portugal (ESA SSP) promoted Meet Up Women in Space, a meeting with women who develop activities in the areas of Innovation, Space and Technology, on November 25th.


The event brought together a panel of guests who shared their success stories and persistence, stimulating debate with the audience about the role and experiences of women in technological and leadership activities in Portugal.


Among the guests were Ana Gabryele Moreira, student at the University of São Paulo, Celeste Pereira, COO of Fibersail, Joana Mendonça, President of ANI - National Innovation Agency, Teresa Mendes, former President of the Board of Instituto Pedro Nunes, and Maria Rute Ferreira André, Assistant Researcher at the Research Center in Ceramics and Composites (CICECO - Aveiro Institute of Materials).


The aim of this event was to map and enhance the ecosystem of entrepreneurship and technology in women in the region of Coimbra. After the panel, there was a networking moment among the participants.
