IPN celebrates Quality Day

Last November 10th, Instituto Pedro Nunes celebrated the World Quality Day, an annual event that aims to create an opportunity to talk about quality and to involve the IPN community.

During the afternoon, visits to the Geotechnics and Testing, Wear and Materials Laboratories, laboratories with accredited tests according to NP EN ISO 17025, were promoted.

This was followed by an event on "Quality in IPN", during which it was discussed what is done within the Quality scope, namely the laboratories which are within the accreditation or certification scope. The differentiated services provided in this area were also discussed. Finally, there was a moment of conviviality and networking between the different units of the IPN.

The IPN intended, with this event, to create and promote "awareness" about what Quality is in our activity and to inspire and motivate all those who collaborate with us to "continue to do well and better".
