"EN 9100 Quality Management Systems - Aviation, Aerospace and Defence" training course
Training
The “EN 9100 Quality Management Systems - Aviation, Aerospace and Defence” training course, promoted by Instituto Pedro Nunes, will take place on the 17th and the 24th of October, 2022.
The course aims to present the EN 9100 Standard, enhancing its differences when compared to the ISO 9001 Standard, and enriched with practical examples of its implementation.
Applications are open until October 13th (or October 1st for Early Birds) here.
At the end of the training course, trainees should be able:
- To understand requirements introduced by EN9100:2016;
- To implement EN9100 requirements in an effective fashion.
Training encompasses eight hours of synchronous sessions and an hour-long one-to-one session, for a total of nine hours of certified professional training (DGERT).
The course will be conducted by Rui Henriques, an expert with more than 20 years of experience in Quality Control and Management. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Coimbra and a Postgraduate in Space Studies Program from the International Space University. Rui Henriques is a senior quality management consultant in the EN9100 and ISO9001 standardsauditor for space and automobile sectors.
IPN is an accredited entity by DGERT (Certificate 2376-2016). At the end of the course, participants will also get a Professional Training Certificate.
