Personal Data<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8234ed7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8234ed7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Institute Pedro Nunes, Association for Innovation and Development in Science and Technology, with its registered office at Rua Pedro Nunes, 3030-199 Coimbra, NIPC 502 790 610 (hereinafter \u2018IPN\u2019), collects and processes personal data in the course of its activities, such as:<\/p><ul><li>Name<\/li><li>Postal address<\/li><li>Email contact<\/li><li>Telephone contact (landline and mobile)<\/li><li>Identity document number<\/li><li>Marital status<\/li><li>Affiliation<\/li><li>Medical Fitness Form<\/li><li>NIF<\/li><li>NISS<\/li><li>Photography and imagery<\/li><li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li><li>Certificate and proof of qualifications<\/li><li>Payroll processing file<\/li><li>Project-allocated timesheet<\/li><li>Electronic self-employment invoice<\/li><li>Contrato de trabalho<\/li><li>Service Agreement<\/li><li>Record of access to and\/or use of IPN premises and equipment<\/li><li>Registration for events and training courses<\/li><li>Questionnaires and surveys<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76ec6de elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"76ec6de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II. Processing of Personal Data\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5ab08e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5ab08e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The processing of personal data is the responsibility of the IPN (subject to the provisions of Section VIII) and consists of any operation or set of operations performed on such personal data, whether by automated or non-automated means, such as:<\/p><ul><li>Collection<\/li><li>Registration and preservation<\/li><li>Organisation<\/li><li>Adaptation or modification<\/li><li>Consulta e utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o, independentemente da forma de disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><li>Compara\u00e7\u00e3o ou interconex\u00e3o<\/li><li>Restriction, erasure or destruction<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3ddeb54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3ddeb54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">III. Consent of the data subject<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1fbf50 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a1fbf50\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The IPN requires the data subject, in all cases, to give their free, specific, informed and explicit consent to the processing of their personal data, using forms drawn up on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific nature and scope of such processing.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Consent of minors<\/span><\/p><p>In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR, the personal data of minors may only be processed on the basis of the consent referred to in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, relating to the direct marketing of information society services, where they have reached the age of 13 (thirteen).<\/p><p>If the child is under the age of 13, the processing is only lawful if consent is given by their legal guardians, preferably using secure authentication methods such as the Citizen Card or the Digital Mobile Key.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3392ca0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3392ca0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">IV. Data controller<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d87cb8f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d87cb8f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>IPN is familiar with and complies with the rules governing the processing of personal data, as set out in Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the GDPR), without prejudice to all relevant national legislation to which it is subject.<\/p><p>IPN is responsible for the processing of personal data, whether by automated means or otherwise, from collection and organisation through to storage and deletion.<\/p><p>IPN maintains an internal system for the continuous and up-to-date recording of the personal data processing activities it carries out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-076cbfb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"076cbfb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">V. Finalidades e fundamentos para o tratamento de dados pessoais<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-96fea26 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"96fea26\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os dados pessoais ser\u00e3o apenas tratados com vista a um conjunto de finalidades determinadas, considerando igualmente um conjunto de fundamentos legais para esse tratamento, dentre os quais se incluem:<\/p><p>Prossecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos objetivos e finalidades estatut\u00e1rias do IPN<br \/>Cumprimento de legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor e de todos os demais imperativos legais<br \/>Deveres legais de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e integridade de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de dilig\u00eancias pr\u00e9-contratuais<br \/>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de candidaturas e projetos<br \/>Cumprimento de contratos dos quais o IPN \u00e9 parte<br \/>Cumprimento de projetos dos quais o IPN \u00e9 benefici\u00e1rio<br \/>Reporte e auditoria a projetos e atividades objeto de financiamento por recursos de natureza p\u00fablica<br \/>Cumprimento de certifica\u00e7\u00f5es de Qualidade<br \/>Controlo e registo de uso de instala\u00e7\u00f5es e equipamentos<br \/>Seguran\u00e7a e integridade de instala\u00e7\u00f5es e equipamentos<br \/>Interven\u00e7\u00e3o enquanto subcontratante, na ace\u00e7\u00e3o do disposto no ponto 8 do Artigo 4\u00ba do RGPD<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c923c6e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c923c6e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">VI. Prazo de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-874cb82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"874cb82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os dados pessoais ser\u00e3o conservados por um per\u00edodo de tempo definido por norma legal ou regulamentar ou, na falta desta, pelo per\u00edodo que se revele necess\u00e1rio para a prossecu\u00e7\u00e3o da respetiva finalidade, tendo estas em considera\u00e7\u00e3o e os fundamentos legais para o tratamento acima referidos, bem como todos os requisitos e prazos legalmente definidos, designadamente os prazos de prescri\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos correspetivos. Em conformidade, em todos os casos em que existe um prazo de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de dados imposto por lei, s\u00f3 pode ser exercido o direito ao apagamento previsto no artigo 17\u00ba do RGPD findo esse prazo.<\/p><p>O IPN garante a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados pessoais pelo per\u00edodo estritamente necess\u00e1rio ao cumprimento da finalidade do seu espec\u00edfico tratamento, assim como o seu apagamento (ou anonimiza\u00e7\u00e3o, se e quando aplic\u00e1vel\/necess\u00e1rio) imediatamente ap\u00f3s transcorrido aquele per\u00edodo e\/ou mediante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do respetivo titular, considerando sempre e em todos os casos os referidos requisitos e prazos legalmente definidos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc08653 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cc08653\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">VII. Direitos do titular de dados pessoais<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2fb661 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d2fb661\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O titular dos dados tem o direito de, a todo o tempo e gratuitamente, requerer ao IPN:<\/p><ul><li>O acesso aos seus dados pessoais<\/li><li>A retifica\u00e7\u00e3o ou corre\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus dados pessoais<\/li><li>O apagamento dos seus dados (sem preju\u00edzo do disposto em VI. sobre o prazo de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados)<\/li><li>A limita\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento dos seus dados pessoais (idem)<\/li><li>A oposi\u00e7\u00e3o ao tratamento dos seus dados<\/li><li>A portabilidade dos seus dados para entidade por si indicada, conquanto se trate de dados pessoais armazenados em suporte eletr\u00f3nico.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>Em todos os casos, existindo norma ou obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legalmente imposta que se sobreponha a estes direitos, o IPN reserva o direito de n\u00e3o executar o pedido (ou deste pedido ser objeto de restri\u00e7\u00f5es ou condicionamentos, se e quando aplic\u00e1vel), indicando sempre e em todos os casos o respetivo fundamento ao titular interessado.<\/p><p>O titular dos dados pessoais poder\u00e1 apresentar qualquer reclama\u00e7\u00e3o junto da Comiss\u00e3o Nacional de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (doravante, CNPD), na qualidade de Autoridade de Controlo em Portugal, tal como definida nos n\u00fameros 21 e 22 do artigo 4\u00ba e no artigo 51\u00ba do RGPD.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-663308d elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"663308d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">VIII. Transmiss\u00e3o de dados pessoais a terceiros e interven\u00e7\u00e3o de subcontratantes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2a5cf6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2a5cf6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Da transmiss\u00e3o a terceiros<\/span><\/p><p>O IPN, no decurso da sua atividade, poder\u00e1 transmitir dados pessoais que se encontrem na sua posse a terceiras entidades, definidas nos termos do n\u00famero 10 do artigo 4\u00ba do RGPD, em cumprimento de deveres legais, regulamentares, pr\u00e9-contratuais ou contratuais, designadamente a autoridades de natureza p\u00fablica respons\u00e1veis por atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de controlo e auditoria e\/ou a parceiros de atividades, projetos ou servi\u00e7os, conquanto tal seja imposto por lei ou regulamento ou indispens\u00e1vel \u00e0 prossecu\u00e7\u00e3o das suas atividades.<\/p><p>Para o efeito, o IPN requerer\u00e1 o competente e pr\u00e9vio consentimento aos titulares dos dados pessoais objeto deste tipo de tratamento, respeitando todos os requisitos previstos no RGPD para o efeito.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Da interven\u00e7\u00e3o de subcontratantes<\/span><\/p><p>O IPN, no decurso da sua atividade, poder\u00e1 subcontratar terceiras entidades (tal como definidas no n\u00famero 8 do artigo 4\u00ba do RGPD) para tratar dados pessoais por sua conta. Caso tal venha a suceder, o IPN requerer\u00e1 o competente e pr\u00e9vio consentimento aos titulares dos dados pessoais objeto deste tipo de tratamento, respeitando todos os requisitos previstos no RGPD para o efeito.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a7c1db0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a7c1db0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">IX. Cookies<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f80b221 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f80b221\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sem preju\u00edzo das informa\u00e7\u00f5es e dados recolhidos atrav\u00e9s de outros meios t\u00e9cnicos, o IPN procede, adicionalmente, \u00e0 recolha de informa\u00e7\u00e3o an\u00f3nima atrav\u00e9s do seu Website, designadamente informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas ao tipo de browser internet utilizado, sistemas operativos e data e hora de acesso ao website, recorrendo, para tanto a tecnologias de controlo (cookies) para reunir essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Toda a informa\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica sobre a Pol\u00edtica de Cookies do IPN est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no seguinte link: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipn.pt\/en\/cookies\/\">www.ipn.pt\/cookies<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be8be69 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"be8be69\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">X. Compromisso de prote\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0af903 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c0af903\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O IPN garantir\u00e1 a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os procedimentos formais e operacionais para a tutela dos dados pessoais objeto de tratamento, bem como para o registo corrente e atualizado de todas as atividades de tratamento, bem como a realizar o competente estudo pr\u00e9vio das atividades de tratamento de dados pessoais a lan\u00e7ar no futuro, garantindo a sua compatibilidade com o RGPD.<\/p><p>O IPN far\u00e1 os melhores esfor\u00e7os no sentido de garantir e manter em funcionamento todos os meios t\u00e9cnicos ao seu dispor para evitar a perda, m\u00e1 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, altera\u00e7\u00e3o, acesso n\u00e3o autorizado e apropria\u00e7\u00e3o indevida dos dados pessoais que lhe sejam facultados pelos titulares, sem preju\u00edzo da falibilidade das medidas de seguran\u00e7a da Internet.<\/p><p>O IPN declina qualquer responsabilidade pelos danos sofridos pelos utilizadores e provocados ou n\u00e3o por terceiros, atrav\u00e9s do acesso ileg\u00edtimo a dados transmitidos por aqueles utilizadores atrav\u00e9s do seu portal Internet e\/ou da sua infraestrutura inform\u00e1tica.<\/p><p>O IPN obriga-se a notificar a CNPD nos termos e prazos previstos no artigo 33\u00ba do RGPD, caso tenha conhecimento de um qualquer evento de viola\u00e7\u00e3o de dados pessoais, tal como definido no n\u00famero 12 do artigo 4\u00ba do RGPD.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-128f82f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"128f82f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">XI.
