COGNIWIN
Cognitive Support for older adults at work

Challenge

CogniWin aims to provide an answer to the challenges faced by older adults in the workplace by providing an innovative personalised system that motivates them to stay active and productive for longer in computerised working environments.

Solution

The solution improves the efficiency and effectiveness at work of older adults through a series of assistive software (assistance for learning, well-being advisor) and monitoring devices (intelligent mouse equipped with sensors, eye tracking system).
The system supports the older adults to overcome eventual age related cognitive degradation and gradual decreasing of their memory (fluid and working) and cognitive capabilities. At the same time, CogniWin helps older adults increase their learning abilities, resulting in a better acceptance of organisational and infrastructural change.
